Who we are
LAVA, a member of HERACLES Group, is one of the leading mining and quarrying companies in Greece holding a leading position in the mining, processing and trading of industrial minerals. With a presence of over 70 years, we supply pumice, gypsum, natural pozzolana and silica sand from our owned sites:
- Pumice stone on Yali island, north of Nisyros;
- Gypsum in Altsi, Sitia, Crete;
- Natural Pozzolana in Xylokeratia, Milos;
- Silica Sand in Kastriani, Milos.
